Under-17s Driving Experience

Our Under-17s sessions are designed to build early confidence, awareness and car-control skills before learners ever set foot on a public road.

Training takes place on safe, private ground with a supportive ADI who teaches at the learner’s pace.

• Steering and car control

• Junction discipline (left and right turns)

Training takes place on private roads within a controlled environment.

Sessions are fully insured and delivered by qualified ADIs with experience working with young and nervous learners. All our team are also PVG scheme members

 Q: Do they need a provisional licence? 

A: No - private-road training means no licence is required.  

Q: Can parents watch? 

A: Yes, you’re welcome to stay and observe.  

Q: What car will they use? 

A: A dual-controlled instructor car (manual or automatic depending on your area).  

Q: Are they driving for real? 

A: Yes - this is genuine driving, not a simulator.
