DRIVING COURSE T’S & C’S

• It is advisable to have completed the theory test prior to booking an intensive course
• Please ensure you have the chosen days/times free prior to paying as deposits are non refundable
• Pre payment plans must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to course commencing, the plan will be agreed between both parties before the deposit is paid
• An initial assessment lesson must be completed prior to booking, upon completion and agreement, by both pupil and instructor, on recommended course selection a deposit will be required to confirm booking
• Bookings are only secured upon receipt of a deposit
• Courses must be paid in full 14 days before agreed start date
• Practical tests will be booked no less than 5 days after completing the course providing our instructor deems you to be safe and at test standard
• Practical test dates cannot be guaranteed in the current climate, we will get the earliest cancellation upon completion of your course 
• In the event of any pupil being below test standard by the end of the course we reserve the right to refuse our car for use on a test
• Three hours of each course is reserved for test day
• Driving courses cancelled with at least 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund less deposit, 1 week to 72 hours notice will result in a 50% refund and less than 72 hours will result in no refund
• If outstanding balance hasn’t been settled prior to course commencing, this will be deemed as a cancellation unless a pre agreement has been made with both parties
• Pay as you go courses are secured with a £95 deposit which covers test fees and cancellations upon successful completion of the course
• All deposits are non refundable
